Qfit is offline-first; most of your data (profile, food, water, weight, exercise, body measurements, progress photos) is stored only on your device. Creating an account is optional.
In the app: open the Profile tab and use the delete option on the
Account card. You will be asked to confirm; the account is then deleted and the data
stored on the device is cleared. Deleting the account also deletes your optional cloud backup
(stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore under your own account, users/{uid}); no copy is
kept. Signing out is not deletion — it only ends the session.
By email: to request deletion of your Qfit account and any associated data, email gcbtur@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Qfit account” from the email address used to sign up. We will delete your account and associated personal data (email address, name) within 30 days.
Data stored locally — including progress photos and Health Connect readings — is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. No copy is kept on our servers.
Account identity (email address, display name), the cloud backup of your records (profile, food, water, weight, exercise, body measurements, fasting — photos are never backed up) and any other data linked to the account. We do not retain data after deletion except where required by law.

E-posta ile: Qfit hesabının ve bağlı verilerin silinmesini istemek için, kayıt olurken kullandığın e-posta adresinden gcbtur@gmail.com adresine “Qfit hesabımı sil” konusuyla yaz. Hesabın ve bağlı kişisel verilerin (e-posta, ad) 30 gün içinde silinir.
Yerel olarak saklanan veriler — ilerleme fotoğrafları ve Health Connect okumaları dahil — uygulama verisini temizlediğinde veya uygulamayı kaldırdığında silinir. Sunucularımızda kopya tutulmaz.
